Answers to all of your questions (about Bambinos Club)
We are a time-giving, familiar feeling, family-centric platform designed to revolutionise the way parents find the best love and care for their little ones. No we are not a babysitting or nanny agency. And no we are not simply a “jobs” platform.
We are a community. We are bound by the same values of integrity, trust and real-life referrals in the digital world and ethos (where we see baby sitting as much more than “supervision”) and we exist to match families with more than just a sitter.
In short? We make finding trusted baby-sitter support accessible, simple, and personal through our time-giving, familiar feeling, family-centric approach.
By introducing families to their perfect sitter sidekicks, we help parents find trusted support, feel at ease, and most importantly, gain back time for themselves.
Our unrelenting ethos also means that everyone in our community believes that “babysitting” is not just about “supervising children” and a churn in churn out job — it goes way beyond that. It is individualistic to each family and has the ability to play such an instrumental role in a child’s life.
We’re not an agency. Instead, we’re a community (powered by a digital platform) focused on creating real human connections. Instead of treating our sitters like contractors, we’ve truly believe in their value and in their worth, which helps us attract and match you with the best superstar sitters in your local area.
Our sole focus is on creating a platform that helps connect families and sitters with the same interests and schedules, through long-term bonding, not just business transactions.
By understanding why your family needs support and why the sitters we work with love their jobs, every match we make is a trusted and meaningful one.
Not yet, but watch this space.
At Bambinos Club, we do not take our role lightly and always put families and the care of little ones first. No exceptions.
We have a stringent verification process to make sure that every single one of our sitters are qualified, vetted, police checked and met personally by one of our team. We interview them to ensure they show the right ethos and an abundance of integrity.
Oh, and we make sure they are good humans too.
Our verification process includes:
Sitters are required to upload a police background check, working with children certificate, first aid certificate and encouraged to add any other relevant certifications.
After these docs have been approved, we then arrange a coffee catch-up or face-to-face to make sure that each sitter is a good person with the right attitude and ethos.
To be frank, we're welcoming to all, but we’re hard to get into. And we’re proud of this. It’s why we’re trusted by parents and sitters alike.

We get plans change. If you have a change of plans or want to stop your current payment plan this is fine. We do ask you to please let us know 14 days in advance (as this is our billing cycle).
Oh no, we are very sad to see you go but we understand things can change. Please contact us to help and we'll get your account removed from the platform.
Our sitters set their own rates based on experience, skills and qualifications. You can find this information in each of their individual profiles, along with lots of other information which will help you assess if they are the right match for you.
To ensure we maintain the best community for sitters and families, we have a clear verification and prerequisite verification process to make sure that every single one of our sitters meet our community's expectations.
First things first, you’ll need to be over 18 and be able to provide appropriate legal verification documents. What does this include? A police background check, working with Children certificate and first aid certificate.
The next step is providing information about your background and your qualifications. We prefer to partner with sitters who have a background in working with children, and are passionate about education. If you don't have a formal qualification but feel you met our community ethos in other ways, still get in contact and we can help you determine if Bambinos is for you.
We don't take any commission from jobs completed by our sitters, just a once-off booking fee from the parent.
It happens, we get that. If the family isn’t the right fit for you (or you're not the fit for them), complete the booking and then after, let us know and we can work through a feedback process that will help both us and them understand what you felt wasn’t working.
We can work through what you weren’t loving to then make sure that next time it’s a much better match.
We also offer online and phone support during select hours. If you need to talk to one of the team, simply hit the ‘help’ tab in the app or online and our support team will get in touch.
If there’s absolutely no way you’re able to make a previously arranged booking, please get in touch with us ASAP. This way, we will be able to find a replacement for the family in time and both the kiddos and parents don't miss out on a fun night!
Remember: Always do your best to be on time and only agree to bookings you can fully commit to. It is the Bambino way.
Great question! Under your agreement, you will be a contractor with us at Bambinos Club. But more than that, you will be a valued member of our fun and trusted community.
